Echipa care c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103 prima dou\u0103 seturi este declarat\u0103 c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103toare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>PADELXP <\/strong>recomand\u0103m s\u0103 juca\u021bi <strong>meciuri complete<\/strong> \u0219i nu doar schimburi de mingi. Chiar dac\u0103 la \u00eenceput tenta\u021bia este s\u0103 lovi\u021bi mingea f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 \u021bine\u021bi scorul, adev\u0103ratul progres apare atunci c\u00e2nd \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba\u021bi s\u0103 juca\u021bi sub presiunea punctelor \u0219i s\u0103 v\u0103 construi\u021bi tactica de joc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Cum se \u021bine scorul<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scorul \u00eentr-un game este identic cu cel din tenis. Ordinea punctelor este:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>0 \u2192 15 \u2192 30 \u2192 40 \u2192 Game<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Primul care ajunge la <strong>6 game-uri<\/strong>, cu o diferen\u021b\u0103 de minimum dou\u0103 game-uri, c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103 setul.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dac\u0103 scorul ajunge la <strong>5-5<\/strong>, setul poate continua p\u00e2n\u0103 la <strong>7-5<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dac\u0103 se ajunge la <strong>6-6<\/strong>, se joac\u0103 un <strong>Tie-break<\/strong>, care decide c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torul setului.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 \u00een game la 40-40<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/padelxp.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/images-1-1.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"399\" height=\"373\" src=\"https:\/\/padelxp.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/images-1-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9037\" srcset=\"https:\/\/padelxp.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/images-1-1.jpeg 399w, https:\/\/padelxp.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/images-1-1-300x280.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/padelxp.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/images-1-1-13x12.jpeg 13w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 399px) 100vw, 399px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exist\u0103 trei variante de joc folosite \u00een prezent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Avantajul clasic<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Este regulamentul tradi\u021bional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La 40-40 (deuce), echipa care c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103 urm\u0103torul punct ob\u021bine avantaj.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dac\u0103 pierde punctul urm\u0103tor, scorul revine la egalitate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Game-ul se \u00eencheie doar atunci c\u00e2nd una dintre echipe c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103 <strong>dou\u0103 puncte consecutive<\/strong> dup\u0103 scorul de 40-40.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceast\u0103 variant\u0103 poate prelungi destul de mult durata unui game.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Golden Point (Punctul de Aur)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Este varianta preferat\u0103 \u00een multe turnee \u0219i ligi moderne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La primul scor de 40-40 se joac\u0103 <strong>un singur punct decisiv<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Echipa care prime\u0219te serviciul alege care dintre cei doi juc\u0103tori va primi serviciul decisiv.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Echipa care c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103 acel punct c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103 automat game-ul.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avantajul este c\u0103 meciurile devin mai scurte \u0219i se \u00eencadreaz\u0103 mai u\u0219or \u00een timpul rezerv\u0103rii terenului.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Star Point<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Este o variant\u0103 intermediar\u0103 \u00eentre avantajul clasic \u0219i Golden Point.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La scorul de <strong>40-40<\/strong>, se pot juca <strong>maximum dou\u0103 runde de avantaje<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dac\u0103 dupa aceste dou\u0103 runde de avataje, scorul revine din nou la egalitate (40-40), urm\u0103torul punct devine decisiv \u0219i stabile\u0219te c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torul game-ului.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dac\u0103 se ajunge la Star Point, echipa care prime\u0219te serviciul alege care dintre cei doi juc\u0103tori va primi serviciul decisiv.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Este o solu\u021bie foarte bun\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd vrei s\u0103 p\u0103strezi pu\u021bin din tensiunea avantajului clasic, f\u0103r\u0103 riscul unor game-uri care dureaz\u0103 foarte mult.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Recomandarea PADELXP<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dac\u0103 rezerva\u021bi terenul doar <strong>90 de minute<\/strong>, v\u0103 recomand\u0103m <strong>Golden Point<\/strong> sau <strong>Star Point<\/strong>. Ve\u021bi termina mult mai des meciul complet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dac\u0103 timpul nu reprezint\u0103 o problem\u0103 \u0219i prefera\u021bi regulamentul tradi\u021bional, pute\u021bi juca folosind avantajul clasic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Cum se serve\u0219te corect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full este una dintre cele mai importante reguli din padel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La fiecare punct:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>serviciul se execut\u0103 pe diagonal\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>primul punct din fiecare game se serve\u0219te din partea dreapt\u0103, urm\u0103torul din partea st\u00e2ng\u0103, altern\u00e2nd dup\u0103 fiecare punct;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mingea trebuie l\u0103sat\u0103 s\u0103 sar\u0103 o dat\u0103 pe teren \u00eenainte de lovire;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mingea trebuie lovit\u0103 <strong>sub nivelul taliei<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00een momentul loviturii, cel pu\u021bin un picior trebuie s\u0103 fie \u00een contact cu solul iar serverul trebuie s\u0103 fie<strong> \u00een spatele liniei de serviciu<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mingea nu are voie s\u0103 treac\u0103 de linia serviciului \u00eenainte de a fi lovit\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mingea trebuie s\u0103 ating\u0103 mai \u00eent\u00e2i careul de serviciu advers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dup\u0103 ce a atins terenul advers, mingea poate lovi geamul;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dac\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 mingea love\u0219te direct grilajul advers, serviciul este gre\u0219it;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pentru fiecare punct din game, juc\u0103torul are dreptul la <strong>dou\u0103 \u00eencerc\u0103ri de serviciu<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serviciul alterneaz\u0103 \u00eentre juc\u0103torii aceleia\u0219i echipe dup\u0103 fiecare game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Regulile de baz\u0103 \u00een timpul jocului<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><a class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u0103 love\u0219ti mingea din voleu (f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 o la\u0219i s\u0103 sar\u0103);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u0103 la\u0219i mingea s\u0103 sar\u0103 o singur\u0103 dat\u0103 pe teren;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u0103 folose\u0219ti geamurile terenului propriu pentru a returna mingea;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Punctul se \u00eencheie atunci c\u00e2nd:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>mingea sare de dou\u0103 ori \u00een teren;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mingea se duce direct \u00een fileu si nu sare in terenul advers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mingea se duce direct \u00een geamul echipei adverse sau \u00een grilaj (oriunde), f\u0103r\u0103 a atinge terenul;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mingea este scoas\u0103 din teren \u0219i love\u0219te p\u0103m\u00e2ntul \u00een afara terenului;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>una dintre echipe comite o gre\u0219eal\u0103 (fault).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Fault &#8211; ce NU ai voie s\u0103 faci<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen timpul unui punct este interzis:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u0103 atingi fileul cu corpul sau cu racheta;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u0103 love\u0219ti mingea de dou\u0103 ori;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u0103 atingi adversarul cu m\u00e2na sau cu racheta;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u0103 love\u0219ti mingea din terenul advers \u00eenainte ca aceasta s\u0103 fi trecut peste fileu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Exist\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 o excep\u021bie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dac\u0103 mingea a trecut deja \u00een terenul t\u0103u, iar din cauza rico\u0219eului sau efectului se \u00eentoarce singur\u0103 \u00eenapoi peste fileu, ai voie s\u0103 \u00eentinzi racheta peste fileu \u0219i s\u0103 o love\u0219ti \u00een terenul advers de echipa care ajunge prima la <strong>7 puncte<\/strong>, cu o diferen\u021b\u0103 de minimum dou\u0103 puncte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dac\u0103 scorul devine 7-7, jocul continu\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd apare diferen\u021ba de dou\u0103 puncte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Juc\u0103torii schimb\u0103 partea terenului la fiecare <strong>6 puncte<\/strong> jucate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Super Tie-break (Maxi Tie-break)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen multe turnee sau atunci c\u00e2nd timpul este limitat, al treilea set poate fi \u00eenlocuit cu un <strong>Super Tie-break<\/strong>, cunoscut \u0219i sub denumirea de <strong>Maxi Tie-break<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acesta se joac\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la <strong>10 puncte<\/strong>, tot cu diferen\u021b\u0103 de minimum dou\u0103 puncte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exemplu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>primul set: 6-4<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>al doilea set: 4-6<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00een locul setului decisiv se joac\u0103 Super Tie-break p\u00e2n\u0103 la 10.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceast\u0103 variant\u0103 permite terminarea meciurilor \u00eentr-un timp mai scurt \u0219i este foarte des folosit\u0103 \u00een
